Refund policy

At Sintek, we specialize in industrial products designed for durability and high performance.
We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and delivered.

However, if a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the product.

  • The defective item must be returned to Sintek for inspection and maintenance.

  • After evaluation, we will proceed with the repair or replacement of the defective components as deemed appropriate.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external causes are not covered under this policy.
